If you see a price on this site that does not match a current retailer quote, please send the retailer name, ZIP code, quoted rate, and date. We re-verify and publish corrections within 7 days.

For interviews, data licensing, or syndicated content please use the same email with subject line "Press". We can provide the underlying rate bands behind any published figure, plus attribution guidance for charts and tables reproduced from this site.

What to include in your message

• The page URL you are writing about, so we can trace the exact figure.
• Your ZIP code or metro area — carpet labor rates vary widely by region.
• A written quote, screenshot, or retailer link if you are reporting a price mismatch.
• The room dimensions and carpet tier you used, if an estimate looked wrong.
